OKINAWA SLUG SITE

All three of the following images are of the same species, Lyrocteis imperatoris, photographed from Okinawan waters.

The following image was taken in 180ft on 29 December 1988 from Seragaki, Okinawa. Unfortunately the animal which was
collected was lost due to strong bottom currents. This same animal is shown in Gosliner, Behrens and Williams, (p. 95).

The following two images are from a specimen collected from 190ft on 26 July, 1994 from Horseshoe Cliffs, Okinawa.
