Species Account:
Phestilla minor is considered to be very rare on Okinawa as I have seen and collected only a single individual over a period of more than twenty years of diving here. The featured individual was collected beneath a slab of coral rubble amid mixed silty-sand and coral rubble. The animal was found upon approximately ten small rod-shaped ova.
